All participants must be present 10 minutes before the start. Any participants arriving late will need to join the group en route and will be required to pay the full price. For groups: Aurore Van de Winkel charges via the non-profit organization SMART-Productions Associated. A quote with the date and the hour is sent before the tour and must be signed by the buyer. The bill is sent after the tour and must be paid according to the terms of the SMART-Productions Associated. The terms will accompany the quote.
For individuals: the number of participants must be confirmed one hour before the beginning of the tour. Each person pays at the start of the tour. For groups: services are determined and prices established according to the number of participants identified at the moment of booking. If the number of participants decreases, the price does not change. However, in case the number of participants increased, the price will be adapted accordingly. The change of the participants’ number will be communicated before the signature of the quote. The Brussels Urban Legends Tour cannot guarantee to accommodate any changes, however we will do our best to take into account changes requested.
For individuals: the payment will be in cash on place, before the beginning of the visit. If participants leave the group during the visit, they will be not reimbursed for remaining time. There is only one price ticket. There are no discount tickets. For groups: the payment terms are those stipulated by SMART-Productions Associated. The Terms will accompany the quote.
For individuals: there are no cancellation costs. For groups, the cancellation terms and costs are those stipulated by SMART-Productions Associated. The Terms will accompany the quote.
The Brussels Urban Legends Tour cannot be held liable and suspends our contractual obligations in the event of strikes, civil unrest, acts of God, severe inclement weather or any other event that is beyond our control.
Any litigation related to the services or interpretation of the contractual terms defined by this document and the contract SMART-Productions Associated shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Bruxelles (Brussels trade court).
